[Deptheads] Notes from the meeting today December 9th

Overall Layout:
*** GT in Penthouse
*** Larps get outside cabana area
*** RPG gets 3rd floor (HQ will be in ballroom with Boardgames)
*** Miniatures get Ballrooms E&F
*** CCG's get California Rooms (2 unused rooms on 1st floor may be overflow use)
*** Boardgames gets Ballrooms A-D, plus La Jolla rooms, plus Foyer
******* Open Gaming will share Part of Ballrooms A-D
******* Flea Market will be in Foyer
******* Foyer will also have the food station
******* Certain games will also be placed in the open areas on the 2nd floor Foyer, such as Mustangs and Messerschmitts, and a Game of choice by Jose.
*** Computer Room gets San Jose
*** Dealer Room and Demo zone in Catalina
*** Movies will be in Laguna room on 1st floor
*** Malibu and Newport can be used for overflow

DELIVERY DATES:
16th December - Email and Flyer Info
7th January - Turn on Event Pre-Reg, All signs needed submitted by this date
13th January - Next Meeting
14th January - All Events need to be online
21st January - All Ads due
28th January - All Descriptions for events need to be online

Hotel Questions/Needs:
* Staff Change - Nicole De Haas, and Jill Wagner have replaced Joey
* 2nd floor we need a lock up room.
* 3rd floor we need rooms designated to the con.
* Where will food stand on 2nd floor be located?
* Confirm In/out priveleges for all con attendees
* Circuits question
* Is the hotel going to remove the TV's from the rooms we use for RPG?  if Yes, can we use some of them in San Jose?  Do they have something besides a Co-Axial connection in back?
* Hotel Channel w/Schedule and changes on it?
* Scroller near elevator with con info on it?
* # of tables of each size and type
* Does the hotel have any noise reducing screens?
* Can the walls in the ballroom comem out part way to dampen noise?

General Questions/Notes:
* Will RSI go into the computer room as that area has lots of connections?
* Will Steve Jacksons new game be in the demo area?  What is it's name?
* Play w/Creator is in effect
* Alfonso in the demo area? Is he coming?
* What CCG Games will be played, and which ones are being supported by the company?
* Pegasus Hobbies for Dealer Room
* Exclusivity is gone in dealer room except for Manufacturers
* Saturday at 8 PM will be Award Ceremony for the Annual Bordagame Awards
* Everyone needs to send Janice a list of games for the dealers to bring
* GAMA - Norm is this dealt with so we have a table?

WEBSITE:
* Ticker - UPDATE THIS ASAP
* Info page for SPONSORS to be able to easily see what they need to do to get ad space
* List of SPONSORS - Either on Seperate Page, or as a Header banner or on the right side of the home page
* Front page needs to get worked on to draw people into the site
