[Deptheads] Gama booth

Eric, 
We need to get a hotel room booked for gama. I will need to take some fliers and the booth setup, (banners, email registration forms, pre-registration forms, cash box) would even like some give-a-ways. 

Department heads,
I will plan on attending and would like one or two more people to work with me.
