Excuse me...

During an average convention, even with our low numbers, RSI has over 70 of
our attendees playing their games, with as many as 50 or so at a time. Back
when we had attendance, they had over 130 people playing a weekend. I was
under the impression that we WANTED events that entertained large portions of
our guests. Which 3 people were you talking about?

RSI needs a place where they can be open 24 hours. Unfortunately, because
of their logistical needs, they need an area with outlets capable of 20 amp
service (two 9 amp printers and two computers). My point was we need to get
with the hotel and find out where they have either 20/25 amp breaker outlets or
adjoining outlets connected to separate breakers.

My question was, will the DEMO area be open 24 hours...I was unclear wether
or not it was able to be separated from the main Dealer's Room or not.
Apparently, it can't be separated, so question then becomes where can they set-up
to do their event? They spend approximately $2000 of their own money to come
from Phoenix to run stuff for us...the least we can do is find them a good
place where they can set-up and attract players.

John
