  The status with Anime-LA is that back in Oct / Nov, I emailed Chaz Baden and he was unaware of any booth swap.   Anime-LA offers tables to non-profit groups in the foyer, but not inside the membership area.   I offered that since we have a plethora of GMs and LARP GMs that we could offer a boost to their game offerings.  I emailed their games and live program people and heard nothing back from them.  Zero. Nada. None. 
   
  At this point, I suspect we need an Anime-LA insider to make anything happen.  I am a great person to deal with any business, but I am the wrong person to deal with cliques.  
  I may be wrong, but I really think we need someone who the Anime-LA people know to make this happen at this date. 
   
  I fully agree that we should host Cosplay events and built a full Anime / Cosplay / Anime Game track to draw in that crowd which does skew younger.  I think a movie track that would interest this demographic might also help.  Also, I fully support the idea of a booth swap with Anime-LA and fully support the idea of introducing LARPs to the convention for the fun and benefit of all. 
   
  So...who do we know who is an Anime-LA insider?
