SIG FILE MARKETING
  Many of us post on various game related internet forums.   Most forums allow you to personalize your "sig file" or other blurb attached to your posting profile that is present whenever you make a post.   
   
  Two months before each con, please put a blurb about the upcoming convention with a link to the Strategicon website into your posting profile.  I have been doing so on RPG.net and I have received several PMs asking about the cons.   I imagine that there is some number of people clicking on the link as well.
   
  Web marketing is not about splashes.  It's about saturation.   People might not click on the first link they see, but they maybe will click on the 20th one they spot.   
   
  SPAM, WONDERFUL SPAM 
  We will be sending out our first Gamex mass email soon to everyone who attended OrcCon and all those other emails we have logged.   This first email will push for pre-reg and booking the hotel discount rooms.  I would like to sing and dance about any Special Events your department is planning for Gamex.   We know Z-Man is the GoH, but tell me about the Special Guests who will be attending.
