[Deptheads] Minutes and notes from meeting 30 March

At peak times, this was true, however, there was still space to be had, I doubt the 40k and WFB RTs will get more than 30 people. We could easily accommodate this with the space that was left, and this time they'll be getting almost all the risers to the table allocation should be more efficient. There also was a lot of time the space was underutilized -- miniatures should be fine.
