Hi all,
In order to limit the number of steps and the email traffic related to event submissions, two features have been added to the Run an Event code.
1. If you are recognized staff, the status field will display at the bottom. This means that you can approve events on initial submission.
2. If you are recognized as the dept head for the dept of the event you are submitting, you will only receive one combined email for the initial event submission.
The end result is that if you are submitting an event set to "Approved" for your dept, you will only receive on email.
