Folks, for the sake of everyone's sanity, let's drop the money discussion. I bear ultimate responsibility for this, and I don't need any more grey hair from us bickering about this here. Email me privately if you need to vent.

We're not going to cut prizes, but we're not in a position to substantially up them either. We had to drop the RPG rooms as it cost more than the rental for the rest of the hotel. I did not want to do this, and we're looking how we're going to fix this as it's a problem.

Some good news. Talked to Mark this morning and we're in better shape than I thought. (Mark might have more to say on this).

Our biggest expense by far, however, is staff rooms at the show. We've got to be careful with this. If you owe the con anything still for your room contact Mark :-)

Remember, we're all trying to do what's best for the con. If I had any doubts as to this, the appropriate heads would roll.

Now let's return to our usual "civil" discussion.
