[Deptheads] RPGA department?

What would people think about the RPGA being its own department? It
effectively is, internally, and I think having someone in a leadership
position within that organization as a part of senior staff would be
helpful. The RPGA has very different needs and expectations from the
rest of the RPG department. As the RPGA becomes an increasingly
important part of the convention's strategy, I think this makes a lot
of sense.
