Paul, sorry to hear that you'll no longer be heading up the RPG department,
but understand your reasons for stepping down. Heather and I have often had
to go through periods of simplifing our lives. You'll be missed; when I
heard that you'd been appointed to head up the RPG department, I thought you
were absolutely a brilliant choice for the position. Your enthusiasm,
knowledge, and experience have had an huge impact on the department -- one
only need look at how much it's grown in so short a time to see that.

I look forward to playing with you more, and hope you'll have time for some
RPGs, too!
