[Deptheads] URGENT

Some (probably most) folks will never make the transition.  I don¹t think we
should delete the Yahoo group outright.

We should, however, be a lot more encouraging with getting folks on the
forums.  Perhaps Norm can send out a friendly ³Join the forums!² reminder
with clear instructions on how to do so.
