[Deptheads] Marketing Email - Input Needed

I am putting together the marketing email.   I will be doing a draft on Thursday and the final on Friday.  I need your input if you have not sent it yet. 
   
  Tell me about...
   
  1) Any special guests
  If you know what the SG will be doing for us at Gamex, let me know,
   
  2) ALL special events
  If a club or group is hosting something special, let me know
   
  3) ALL tournaments
  If there is any prize support, tell me who is donating it and we will thank them
  If the con is giving dealer dollars and you know the amount, let me know
   
  4) ANY new vendors
  If someone is new, let us welcome them.  Give me some idea what they sell.
