[Deptheads] New Radisson contact

I just called the Radisson's Reservation Desk...
  a) Again, they said there is NO free parking with the convention rate. 
  b) And you have to pay $13 / day for Quik Park across the street
   
  And the Sheraton Gateway (aka Boardgamer Getaway) on Century (1 block away) is only $109 with $13/night for parking...
   
  Hmm...Eric, could the staff discounts count toward the Sheraton? :)
   
  BTW, what kind of prices did Sheraton quote us for the convention?   Their website is nice.

  Just as an aside, when people sign up to stay at the hotel, There is an alert that tells them they will need to park across the street at the Quik Lock parking lot.  Didn't we pay extra for free parking?  I thought that the parking was only under construction for the bank parking lot.

  Please PLEASE please contact the General Manager of the Radisson and let him know that this is unacceptable.   We are high dollar value clients.   We need to be treated as such. 
   
  Let me break this down for everyone
   
  1) LAX Radisson is a business hotel 
  2) Business hotels are barren wastelands during three day holiday weekends
  3) Their main weekend business is two weddings and a seminar
  4) Even their weekday conventions rarely take up the whole hotel
   
  WE come on their money loss weekend
  WE buy up the entire hotel
  WE buy up hundreds of rooms at a hefty cost
  WE buy up thousands in snacks, restaurant and concessions
  WE spend tens of thousands in parking fees
   
  I don't know about you, but when I order dinner and I have 4 different waiters and then get served lukewarm steak, it's high time I call over the manager.
