Actually received a word from Deborah Lusby about the parking situation:
"We are waiting the final permits from the city in regard to the parking,
I will send you an update prior to your groups arrival, not worry we are
aware of our commitment to you and will fulfill our contractual
obligations, you are appreciated!!"
Anyway, I'm pressing for a decision on room rates -- I think at this point it will be better to lower the room rates rather than fight this parking mess.
