[Deptheads] room rates reduced

Will hotel insure that they will keep control of the parking area for con patrons?  Main complaint was how they handled parking stacking.  Other was that Valet would not keep keys in secure area.  People who were parked by valet and had to get their cars from the lot.  Found their car keys placed under the wheel well of their vehicles leaving to ease of theft of vehicle as well as theft of personal items from with vehicles.
