My favorite parking snafu was the attendee in my game who was told "sorry, we lost your car" and he had to scream at them until they finally agreed to send out a second person to look for it. Yes, he had to convince them to send out a searcher. Two hours later he got the call on his cell that they found his car.

Keys in the wheel well? That's quality service.

Will hotel insure that they will keep control of the parking area for con patrons? Main complaint was how they handled parking stacking. Other was that Valet would not keep keys in secure area. People who were parked by valet and had to get their cars from the lot. Found their car keys placed under the wheel well of their vehicles leaving to ease of theft of vehicle as well as theft of personal items from with vehicles.

The Radisson dropped the rate to $99 per night due to the parking
SNAFU. Yes, this means they're admitting the parking is screwed.
