[Deptheads] Volunteer Lists

Hello all!

Please do not forget to send me your volunteer lists as soon as you can. If you do not have all of your volunteers picked out yet, that's fine, send me what you have. Please make sure that you include their first name, last name, position (this should NOT involve the word staff), and any description that needs to be on their badge. Please, if you have Excel, use it or at least separate each thing with a comma. An example follows.


First Name, Last Name, Position, Description

Mary, Scott, Volunteer Coordinator, Con Goddess

It is not necessary to call them volunteers unless you have no set position for them, since "volunteer" is already on the badges.

Remember that the deadline for sending me your lists is May 12 at midnight PDT. If you need any help or info from me, feel free to e-mail me directly at myshanter at yahoo.com . Please do not send volunteer lists to Tracy or Eric. This will delay your volunteers getting their badges, and make Tracy, Eric, and me all cranky.
