[Deptheads] Trying to solve the Parking situation where we're at

I think this is a great idea, and I am willing to put a few hours in if
needed. I will also talk to the board game HQ staff and see if I can get an
hour or two out of them.
I think we need to make the time out there as short as we can, no one likes
to be cut off from the con.
