Tim pretty much spelled out the strategy exactly. We are trying to talk to
the Westin, as we only left since we had no choice. If I could get the
Hilton, I'd take it, but the only thing we have for certain is the Sheraton.
Again, with this in mind, department heads should seriously look at:

I mean it. This might be our only choice if we want to move NOW, and it
needs to be studied as objectively as possible.
