Was I exaggerating to make a point with 20%; yes, but this still menas 
that 69% of the time the room is not available to other types of gaming 
and this is just wrong.

I will state, that I am against giving any group that does not pay us 
$2000 up front to section off an area.  Our dealers do this, games do not!
GM and games should share space, not reserve rooms.

If you guys feel I'm wrong on this, then tell me.  This is why I have a 
problem with this event!  They are asking too much!

I don't feel like I've really gotten any guidance from anyone on this 
and if you leave it up to me, then that is what I'm going to tell these 
guys.
