[Deptheads] Lists of volunteers for pre reg

If anyone wants to pre reg this weekend for games let me know so I can  
add a badge for you. Also, I need names of volunteers that want to pre- 
reg in order to enter them into the system. We're turning the system  
on Saturday, so I need them by Thursday evening at the latest....
