[Deptheads] Ack some really bad news

Tim -- As far as the hotel is concerned, that¹s what they¹ve done ‹ hence
the $10 reduction.

Now we can make the argument that the reduction needs to be greater but we
need parking rates from local lots to back that up.  Do we have that info?
