[Deptheads] Ack some really bad news

We have a very basic plan in place:

1) We will list alternative parking on the web site. We've already got  
the page up but there's not much to it yet.
2) At the con we will have 6+ volunteers handling drop off of stuff at  
the hotel, handing out maps at the main entrance of the parking  
options, and handling assistance at the lot(s) we direct people to.

Now we just have to get this together. The timing could have only been  
slightly worse, but we knew this was a possibility.
