Actually, that is really good for the website, with the color coding, 
etc...

I'll do my (monochrome) version more with hand-outs in mind.  We'll 
probably want to have that info on paper for distribution by volunteers 
and staff.

There should be a disclaimer on the rates we posted as being as 
accurate as
possible, but may not be correct or the best possible price.

Also that image was something I just threw together really quickly as a
reference for Eric N. If you want it changed or "cleaned up" in any
