Also, maybe a section on the bottom for the GM to forward any notes on the  
event logistics to the department head.

Just some things I noticed while putting in my events:
 
Need to add NONE and RISER to table request tab.
 
Need to have the ability to schedule an event more than once without  having 
to rewrite each event.
 
Might want to add "Electrical Power Needed?" to help areas predetermine  
which events will be near power outlets or not.
