[Deptheads] More parking info

I think we are missing a really good message to the Yahoo message boards
that expresses the fact that Strategicon management is solving the problems
and a commitment to fix things for Orccon. I'm happy to help draft the
talking points.

The outrage is running high and I do think it is very much overblown but
right now they are most upset at the con's relative silence on the matter.
Patrick sent a sensible message but I think they need a little more of the
background. Even in the last day, I've spoken to a few people and the rumors
are nuts.

I know it's been said again and again but Orccon cannot happen at the
Radisson with no parking. Right now, there are some defenders against the
shrill responses (and I'm putting in a call to one of the most shrill
tonight to see if I can get him to pipe down). They will vanish if Orccon
2009 is at the Radisson. Anywhere else at least means there is an attempt to
improve things.

Also, Heather and Devi may have a line on an OCBG member who might help with
a lawyer letter if we need one to say the deal is over or something like
that.
