[Deptheads] Joe Burns to help out RPG dept

Folks, since neither I nor my usual cohort Sarah H. can attend Gateway, I've
enlisted Joe Burns, one of our usual GMs and a good guy, to help out with
onsite RPG supervision.

We've had a real problem finding volunteers to staff RPG HQ this time around
-- the usual suspects aren't around -- and so if the the HQ seems a bit
empty, that's why.  Joe is already running games for us and he'll be
dropping by the HQ when he can to help put out sign-up sheets, etc.

Everyone, if you can help in anyway by dropping by RPG HQ (next to
Board-game HQ) throughout the day and help keep it looking orderly, it would
be very appreciated.  Jacob and Fred of RPGA will be trying to do the same
as well.
