[Deptheads] Joe Burns to help out RPG dept

It's already been discussed with Eric and we're going to keep rpg hq where
it is, by board-games.  Everyone seems to know where to find it now and it's
been working well there.  Fred and Jacob are the same opinion as well.

That said, dramatically shrink the area alotted to us.  All I need are
tables, not much of a space behind the table.
