[Deptheads] Payouts for Tournaments/Events

That is what Eric suggested at our last meeting, rather than trying to scare
up prize support in the form of RPG books.  The only LARP events in a
tournament style, awarding dealer dollars are the two that I listed above
(Trial By Fire, which is the True Dungeon-style course).
