Erich,
I would like to add that when you speak to the hotel.  Please inform them
of the conditions of some of the tables which were used in ballroom E and
F.  Some of the tables assembled to form larger tables were not to safety
standards.  Some of the thin tables used were coming apart.  They were not
attached to their frames securely.  I had to show the hotel attendants
which ones were not safe to use.  Also they did not use any duct tape as
requested to secure the thinner tables together to prevent separations and
possible collapsing.  I am concerned regarding participant safety and
especially our insurance covers a patron being injured.
