[Deptheads] Dealers Room at OrcCon

Sort of on the flip side of this: used to be that some of the retailers gave
discounts to con attendees that showed their badge from the last con. I know
that those stores were generally owned by part of the old ownership but
asking if some of the retailers might be interested in a deal like that
would be cool. Maybe for X number of days or something.
