[Deptheads] Clarification of a point

In other words, statistically, the feedback seminar is useless.  That is,
there's no valid means to extrapolate the experiences of 4 people to those
of the other 1496 attendees.

Let's try to advertise the feedback seminar a bit better to drum up more
folks.  Putting it in between RPG slots might help...at 7, rather than 8.
Maybe frame it as a more "social" chat rather than feedback --- kind of like
"meet the staff who run Strategicon" type of thing.

But 4 people?!  That's nuts.
