Eric speaks wise.
Other than the seminar - which begins to sound more and more like a waste of time - let's promote feedback by printing a feedback form in the con booklet. A full-page form - with some key questions and some comments space for writing. At least then we might get more than a handful of forms.

If you want some more attendance at the feedback seminar (which, after this showing, I'm not sure is really all that valuable), then offer free food or prizes for attendees that come and share their comments (i.e., call on people to voice their opinion while they are stuffing themselves with free pizza). I thought we had done this before but I didn't see it in the conbook this time. Or, just cancel it and ask people to fill out cards with their comments (again, perhaps for a drawing for a free badge to the next con) or ask them to e-mail a certain person who gathers the feedback or post to the forum. Asking people to give up some of their gaming weekend so they can complain about what they don't like without any compensation likely only appeals to a very small and whiny bunch - and making decisions purely on their feedback may not be wise. -- ...ERB
