[Deptheads] Convention Booklet

Why that and not the Seminar page (also just one) which we've asked to move
up multiple times?

Honestly, the booklet just needs the serious overhaul we've been talking
about. There are way too many "needs to be in there but is not read by even
one attendee" pages up front while events are pushed to the back.
