[Deptheads] Clarification of a point

Let me start off by saying I am not being facetious with this
question.  That said, just why is San Jose such prime real estate?  I
actually think of it as less attractive than it was in the days when I
ran the computer room there, because it's somewhat isolated from the
rest of the convention space on the second floor.  Yes, it's large and
has windows, but it's behind the elevators, it's off to the side, it
doesn't connect easily to Catalina anymore.  Just what is the big
attraction for everyone?
