[Deptheads] Clarification of a point

Patrick has stated several times that board games doesn't have enough
room.  Rather than isolate any one department to another floor, which
is what happens when the computer room, the video room, whatever is
moved to the first floor or the Penthouse, it would seem to make more
sense to have several board game events in the Penthouse and/or on the
first floor (I know the first floor formerly was used for some board
games, because I participated in and ran events down there) and make
room for other departments on the second floor.  The RPG department
seems to function well enough having events on different floors.
