[Deptheads] Attendance Figures?

Yes Mike, we could just get by with one printer, as long as nothing goes
wrong. However, it's not an industrial piece of machinery and it jams
easily and can break. Having a second printer minimizes the chance that
a small technical failure turns into a large operational failure.
For instance, somehow we lost the badge of someone who prepaid via
paypal. We finally discovered it was our fault, and I tried to give him
a badge. However the printer was jammed. I finally had to hand-write a
badge because he'd been standing there for a ridiculously long time. A
second printer could have solved that.
Mark.
