Better idea....make the Feedback Seminar into a Web Poll.   Send out a spam to all attendees since we have their emails now and ask them to participate in a Feedback Poll so we get some real data.  Have a list of 20 questions and some comment boxes. 
   
  To motivate them, throw in some free passes to the next con which will be awarded in a random drawing among people who take the Feedback Poll.

Let's try to advertise the feedback seminar a bit better to drum up more
folks. Putting it in between RPG slots might help...at 7, rather than 8.
Maybe frame it as a more "social" chat rather than feedback --- kind of like
"meet the staff who run Strategicon" type of thing.

But 4 people?! That's nuts.
