Re: [Deptheads] Convention BookletDenys,
The one thing I worry about for that is that we run a lot more events at Orc Con than at any other con. I don't want people to see we ran quite a bit less at other cons. Is there a way we can work around that issue?

I agree with this.
The website is the "face" of the con and people often determine if it's worth going to the con based on it. The con book could be better...but it's not going to decided whether or not people show up for our next con.
It's why I've asked several times that event listings for previous cons be retained simply so people can see what's come before and what they might expect for future cons. Still, nothing has been posted. That's what I really like about PolyCon in that you can see prior year's events.

I'd hold off on spending any cash for a professional designer on the conbook. I mean, we all want changes but this isn't a serious issue worth throwing cash at, methinks. Let us give it a stab first. I'll put some time aside next month to try and reorganize it and send it out for comments.
Web sites: Kublcon's site is the best I've seen. I think spending some on that would be more worthwhile than spending anything on the conbook.
