The point of the Feedback Seminar is open discussion and free thinking  
ideas.  EACH seminar we have had has brought at least one idea to really  work on 
that was not thought of or brought to light beforehand.  Web polls  will not 
generate this interaction as freely.  The group  discussion/think tank approach 
very important to it, which is why we want both  staff and attendees there.
 
We definitely need to put up some posters for the next seminar to increase  
awareness of it at Gamex, and bringing back the pizza and sodas for attendees  
would be a nice touch.

Better idea....make the Feedback Seminar into a Web Poll.    Send out a spam 
to all attendees since we have their emails now and ask them  to participate 
in a Feedback Poll so we get some real data.  Have a list  of 20 questions and 
some comment boxes. 
 
To motivate them, throw in some free passes to the next con which will be  
awarded in a random drawing among people who take the Feedback Poll.
