[Deptheads] We need to move some of this to the forums

My take on moving this to forums.....
 
First, I agree that 50+ EMails a day can be a bit to go through.  BAD:  It 
can take some time.  GOOD: I love that we have this much input.
 
Second, the last group went stagnant in part because they DIDN'T have this  
much feedback from different people on different subjects.
 
Third, if it is in threads, you lose input and ideas from people that might  
not follow certain threads.  Also, the way certain threads have deviated  and 
branched off from the original idea it would be very difficult for people to  
catch up with certain ideas brought up because it isn't titled exactly what it 
 should be in the thread.
 
Fourth, I cannot and will not speak for others, but some ideas and opinions  
I have/had on some subjects were formed after reading input on a different  
subject immediately before it.
 
I think the free form mode of thinking this has produced is worth a lot to  
us and should be maintained.
