[Deptheads] We need to move some of this to the forums

I visited the forum and, sadly, all the conversations from e-mail have died.  How did we go from hundred e-mails a day to nothing? They're not difficult to use.

Yeah,    G-mail "threads" our e-mails nicely, but not all e-mail programs do, so I feel sorry for the rest of you.  The forums will accomplish the same thing for you though.   Heather
