[Deptheads] Guest of Honor/Special Guests for Gamex

It had to do with us axing everyone from the old RPG Department heads  (and
bringing in Paul who we love) of the previous con ownership.  They had ties
to the department.  (people's wives and friends and stuff...)

It was the right decision, no doubt there, but they all got their noses bent
out of joint over it, and said they weren't going to do the cons anymore.
That was right after, but it's calmed down since then, and the loyalty is
beginning to slip in favor of the great gaming we've(strategicon) been
providing.  (Go team!)
