They'd better be able to. I've got a number of GM who haven't
submitted games, and I haven't been hounding them until we get the
space issue resolved.

Why do we keep opening event pre-registration so early? I thought we
talked about this time. And more importantly, why do we keep doing it
with no notice given to department heads?
