[Deptheads] Revised sleeping room requests

I'm still waiting to hear back from the RPGA about their needs, but I
suspect we'll need somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 rooms.

Also, could someone lay out all the details of the third floor plan?
Will these rooms, say, have beds?
