Please feel free to send your badge names to me in an excel spreadsheet if that is convenient for you. Otherwise, just e-mail them and I will enter them for you in my master sheet. I will need the first and last name and what schedule you have planned for them at your department (this is so I can know where to hand the badges out, some people work multiple departments). Please also let me know if you are short volunteers so we can try to get you some assigned from the list of people who signed up on the website (I have not seen this list yet.)
