The volunteer sleeping rooms have to be handled in a professional manner and have paperwork that gets to Norm.
If someone believes paperwork is not needed then they can be financially responsible.
The rooms are under the Strategicon name and activies involving underage sex, non-consential sex, drugs, underage drinking, damages, room service, pay per views, etc.
all fall back to the convention and jeopardize the future of strategicon. The user may not be the "cause" but the friends and other con goers he/she lets crash in there with
him/her are. Liability dilutes the possibilities of misuse.
Policy for getting room use should also be outlined and made available to all strategicon volunteers before con start.
Realize we will have more people wanting free crash space then space available and policy for who gets rooms has to be determined beforehand (even if it is first com first
serve, or rock-paper-scissors). Crash space is a valuable perk but can be a pandora's box if not handled correctly from the start.

Key to any sort of agreement with the volunteers is the following:
- must be over 18 to use the room overnight
- room must be cleared out by 9AM
- room must not be left in a mess in morning because it will be used for
gaming.
- Volunteers should not leave any of their possessions in the room as the
room will be accessible to convention attendees during day
