	a. Remaining Publicity
		- Flyers in comic book stores
		- Yahoo Group
		Push the group where you can.
		Myspace and Facebook, Lori and Gayle.
		Crash news boards.
	b. Website Changes
		- News Items
		- Form changes
		See about data input page for winners list.
		Set up email to be sent out when news is updated.
		Add a remove option to emails sent out.
		Contemplate ads on home page, probably for those who sponsor us and  
link to us on their site.
		RSS?
		Modify site to display general pages when database is unavailable.
		New Photo Albums are live, please check it out.
	c. Parking
		- Situation at Radisson
			As of July 24, still no word on the permits.
		- What are we going to do?
			Lowering the room rate more.
				This will be done if the parking lot goes away.
			Map of parking options needed ASAP.
				Eric N. and Mike F. will put together map and pricing and links to  
coupons for website and con book.
			Get general manager to talk to nearby parking garages.
			Patrick and Chris will attempt to look into permits.
	d. Rooms
		- Sleeping Room Situation
			Very tight on the reserved rooms.
			Each dept person gets half a room reserved and covered. Average 1  
full room per dept covered by the con.
			No reserving volunteer rooms. We will still reimburse.
			Call accounting guy about Jose's room charge.
		- What are we going to do?
	e. Hotel Layout Space - Clarify
		Miniatures - Foyer, Fishbowl, and Penthouse
		Open gaming in E-F [Jennifer possibly staffing]
	f. Special Events - Status
		No highly publicized design panel.
		Email events with descriptions to list.
	g. Signage and Information Postings
		- Event Schedules
		- Signage?
			Need layout redone on map signs
			Need signage requests. Send to list, sign details including minimum  
and preferred dssize.
			Need sign list from Joe.
	h. Special Guests - status
		None this show
