These are my notes from the Feedback seminar at 7pm Sunday May 25th. We actually got a nice turnout this time, with the attendees outnumbering the Staff. I think the possibility of winning a free badge helped, I think we may need to publicize it more, with a Info Board a few places around the con.

1. Paypal service response was very good.

2. Con is great, but the facility sucks and the staff is surly
--- Personal luggage in the concierge area was unattended
--- Elevators are a horror story, and staff laughs about them
--- Temperature in ballroom and California was like Stalingrad, we need to find a solution for this.
--- We need a better list of places to eat

3. RPG games for inexperienced players was much improved
--- Serenity, Mike Rizzo, Gurps Traveller

4. People liked the mini wall being partially open

5. Open Gaming needs a clearly defined seperate area.
--- We are working on it, but I agree with people here

6. We need to make certain of the map and conbook labels for the Seminar/movie room and video game room say "A" and "B" on them.

7. Conbook
--- The Master Games List in the conbook is good. The game descriptions need a page # or day/time to be with them.
--- Day needs to be on each page of the schedule.
--- People loved the Demo Game Descriptions

8. Website
--- When you check a specific day, it still shows you the entire con list
--- Website cap on pre-reg's needs to be worked on, and more clearly defined as people found it clunky and confusing
--- When you pre-reg for the convention, the Auto email that goes out needs to include something near the top about remembering to pre-reg for games.

9. Easels and Signage
--- We need more easels
--- We need more white boards or cork boards to go with it.

10. Assassin
--- This game or any game that runs people through common areas is not cool at the convention.
