[Deptheads] Hotel billing from Hell

What happens is this goes on a master bill. Once we receive it, we pay  
what we believe to be accurate and we discuss the rest (This last part  
is new -- the Westin was always very accurate and provided  
documentation. The Radisson, not so much). I wish we had a credit card  
with that much clearance :-)
